My birth name is Barry. Many have known me as boy barry. My pup name is Cosmo Jetson.
i started in leather scene during the summer of 1992 in Houston with my first Master. i went from not knowing anything about leather to being tied up and in my first BDSM experience in one night. (boys, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!) i was tied up and could've been severely injured or killed. It was a stupid thing to do. i'd never met the guy before, didn't know anything about him, nor did i ask anyone about him. (who would i have asked since i didn't know anyone at the leather bar?). Thankfully, i picked the right guy to risk it with and he made it clear that i'd better not do that again!
Since then, I ‘ve been in 2 polyamorous relationships. For those not familiar with the term, polyamoury is a relationship involving more than 2 persons. i was a boy for a leather couple for almost 2 years. I got a lot of flack for it from other boys who couldn't find one Daddy of their own and told me to quit hogging them. LOL my second poly relationship was being 1 of up to 5 boys. That was an extremely rewarding relationship with a family i still have ties with.
This latter relationship is the one that help me find my inner pup. The alpha boy, patrick chees (aka nipper) found and brought out my inner pup. patrick was founder of the International Puppy Contest (IPC), that evolved into the Int'l Puppy & Trainer Contest (IPTC). Since patrick's passing, it had evolved into the Int'l Puppy & Trainer Conference (iPup) of today. i have accepted the position of Executive Director for from 2008 to date after having co-produced a very successful IPTC 2007.
i do my best to contribute to the leather community in my own way. In the past, i have been a Kennel Master for IPTC '03 and a judge at IPTC '05 and involved in putting on all but one of the IPC/IPTC. i have also been a judge for the Texas Leather Puppy Contest. i've been a presenter on Polyamoury for the boys Reunion - Dallas and on PUP101 for Beyond Vanilla/IPTC '06 and '07. i was honored with the title of Mr. Lone Star 2002-2004. Currently, i am a member of Discipline Corp, DFWleatherboys (& the now retired Texas Riders-Houston) and an associate Atlanta Panther and Tri-State Wolf Pack - Ohio.
In 2007 , i've worked more on the pup phenomenon. We have a Yahoo! Group and a web site for pups, trainers and their admirers. A local group called DFW Puppy Play has taken over the Dallas area pup event for people to meet and learn from each other as well as getting to pup out, here in Dallas..
I'm happily partnered in an open non-leather relationship. We are "Cliff Dwellers", living just off downtown Dallas.
